be able to
- Employ user-centred design techniques to develop user interface specifications including creating user flows, user stories/journeys, personas, site maps, use cases and high-fidelity wireframes/prototypes and mock-ups.
- Responsible for coordinating and undertaking user testing of concepts and product features with the target audience. You will have the ability to synthesise and prepare feedback for stakeholders.
- Ideation and iteration in direct collaboration with the delivery team and deliver high fidelity product designs for responsive web applications, web pages and mobile applications.
- Work directly with Product Managers, Analysts, SMEs, Developers and Designers, delivering product requirements and design assets.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to build a shared vision of the product roadmap.
- Consult with key stakeholders to advise and support UX resourcing, scoping and delivery.
- Consult with clients to collaborate, manage expectations, and present results to stockholders.
About you
You
Product Designer
As part of the Design Team, you will ideate and iterate in direct collaboration with the delivery team and deliver high fidelity product designs for responsive web applications, web pages and mobile apps.
- 3+ years as a strong Design team member - with a strong portfolio comprised of projects which demonstrate strategic, creative, and user centred design solutions to complex software problems.
- You have a degree in design or comparable on-the-job experience.
- Great communication skills, clearly conveying thoughts, both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, where collaboration is used to tackle complex problems and deliver meaningful results for users and clients.
- You are personally committed to and actively working to continuously improve your craft.
