Vehicle Exchange Made Easy (VEME) is an Australian-first platform designed to make buying and selling cars privately safer, clearer and more protected.



From early discovery through to national launch, Upgrowth worked as the product and technology partner to the VEME team, helping to define the vision, shape the experience, and deliver the technology. The Challenge

In Australia, buying or selling a used car privately is one of the most stressful transactions you can make.

You’re dealing with strangers, figuring out how to get paid safely, and hoping you haven’t missed any important paperwork along the way.

VEME needed to take all that friction; the compliance checks, the payment processing, the identity verification and compress it into a single, secure digital experience.



We delivered exactly that: a platform where trust is built in at every step of the process.

The result is a dual-platform system. A polished customer experience on the front end, powered by a robust operations platform on the back. Together, they give the VEME team the infrastructure to scale nationally while keeping every transaction secure.
